INTRODUCTION
Stockade is an onchain stock arcade. The planned system converts designated, realized protocol fees into purpose-assigned stock inventory: recurring holder drops, arcade inventory, and reserves. It is not a broker, yield product, or promise of future returns.
STOCK DROPS
Once activated, an epoch closes at 00:00, 01:00, 02:00 and every exact UTC hour after that. A confirmation-safe block defines the snapshot. Only funded DROP inventory can settle. Missed or unsafe rounds fail closed instead of drifting the schedule.
- SNAPSHOTHolder state at a canonical block.
- ASSIGNFunded inventory assigned deterministically.
- BATCHRecipients settled with restart recovery.
- PUBLISHProof, receipts, and transaction hashes recorded.
ELIGIBILITY
Eligibility supports a minimum $STOCKADE balance, excluded contracts and project wallets, snapshot blocks, configurable holder weighting, and deterministic rounding. The public homepage does not expose a manipulable formula. Configuration changes require a recorded policy version.
INVENTORY
Stock assets enter the ledger only after the contract, quantity, source, price observation, and transaction are verified. Every unit is classified as DROP, ARCADE, or RESERVE. Buckets are separate accounting domains and cannot silently spend one another.
| BUCKET | USE |
|---|---|
| DROP | Hourly holder distributions only. |
| ARCADE | Game prizes and cabinet liquidity only. |
| RESERVE | Unassigned or protected operating inventory. |
TREASURY
The treasury reports settled stock quantities and value observations. Unclaimed fees, projected fees, projected appreciation, and unfunded rewards are excluded. The proposed opening policy is configurable: 50% DROP and 50% ARCADE.
Future buybacks, burns, and holder bonuses require a separate recorded policy and activation. No funds are allocated to them today.
THE ARCADE
Games consume only ARCADE inventory. Each cabinet needs a unique game ID, eligibility or credit record, inventory reservation, backend result, settlement receipt, anti-replay protection, and a visible status. Unbuilt games remain IN DEVELOPMENT.
Future holder bonuses may include arcade credits, bonus pulls, special rounds, or seasonal inventory. Benefits and eligibility will be published when implemented.
THE CLAW
The QQQ Claw is the first planned cabinet. The frontend animation never chooses the result. A backend commitment or chain-appropriate verifiable randomness source determines the outcome first; the animation only presents it. No “provably fair” claim is made before verification is implemented.
FEES
Only claimed and settled eligible fees enter accounting. Each event records its source, asset, amount, claim time, transaction, policy version, DROP share, and ARCADE share. Projections are never called revenue.
PROOF
Contract addresses, inventory balances, snapshots, distributions, treasury movements, game results, and transaction receipts publish through the proof registry. Missing evidence renders as awaiting publication—not a zero or placeholder.
OPEN PROOF REGISTRY →SECURITY
Production requires chain validation, least-privilege signers, private server-side credentials, onchain allowance checks, idempotent epoch and game IDs, restart-safe batches, and separate DROP and ARCADE inventory controls. Browser code receives no signing key or service-role credential.
RISKS
Stock Tokens, crypto assets, liquidity, price feeds, indexers, smart contracts, fee routes, games, and custodial components can fail or lose value. Stock Tokens provide economic exposure but not ownership in the underlying company. Availability varies by jurisdiction. Nothing here is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice.
